When a meeting is canceled either by member or manager, the community managers should be notified. Additionally, when there is a payment associated with the reservations, the community manager should be reminded that they need to manually refund the payment if it is apporate.

This would be extremely useful for events that were booked months in advance. It is difficult to keep track of cancelled reservations that need manually refunded.

Yoops. Yes! We've only learned now that we needed to manually refund. Definitely need a prompt on booking cancellations, and perhaps also more front and center instructions to space managers that the refund function is not automatic.

Absolutely! We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We can't track the date/time they cancelled so we cannot enforce it due to the lack of functionality.
